"I took my 92 year old aunt in for dental work. Everyone that worked with her was so friendly, patient and gentle. She was very happy with everything. The office is very clean and neat. They were very conscientious of the current COVID requirements. Everything was great.

"Dr. Rawcliffe and his staff are amazing. From the moment you walk into the door greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The staff is very knowledgeable about your teeth and gums and they explain everything to address with your dental hygiene and ways to keep your teeth and gums healthy

"The front desk staff was very friendly as they explained new process. They patiently waited my insurance company to verify my coverage... you know insurance can be a hassle sometimes. My dental hygienist was very informative as he explained each step of the cleaning process. Dr. Rawcliffe was thorough and has excellent chair side manner. Prairie Star has a great dental team. I am pleased

"Always a good experience, I can’t believe I’m saying that! Spent too many years as a child and teenager in a dentist chair after a accident in 3rd grade. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 10 years(seriously). The stafff and Doctor was amazing, I came in because I was in so much pain just like 10 years ago, sinus infection and a bad tooth. Long story short, I’m glad that awful experience happened, because I literally walked in their office on my lunch break and they worked me in that night after work. They were awsome! I was able to finance the work that was urgent, since I live paycheck to paycheck. I have been back for my cleanings regularly (except when Covid 19, had us isolated for a few weeks) I really don't mind like coming to the dentist now. Dr. Rawcliff and the whole staff are a great team. And, they are open after work 1-2 days a week, so I never have to take time off work for my regular cleanings. I really do recommend this office :)

"Going to Prairie Star Dental was the best decision ever! I love Dr. Rawcliffe.... he is so gentle and genuinely caring. Make my wisdom teeth extraction waaaay less a scarier than I made it with the help of Blanca. I felt like she could be a cousin of mine back home btw lol... and Debbie is so sweet!! Josh... very nice and gentle with my deep cleaning. Everyone made sure that I was OK at all times and made me feel like family. I love my new dentist family!

"The team is very professional, examining and providing services by priority , the staff up front is very courteous and friendly and treat you like a person not a dollar sign , or an insurance claim ...Dr Rawcliffe actively listens to you ,answer all my questions wasn’t rushed, educated me on my teeth needs ,you want a dentist not a sales person , Dr Radcliffe took his time with me He’s providing better care options that work according to my medical history ... He actually cares and you not just another file ... He remembers my Orthodontist other issues that will also help compliment my care with him ... I love this office ... Debbie is so sweet, and Laura the Hygienist she’s the bomb hands down , I have gotten my teeth clean millions of times and by far she’s the best !!! Doesn’t miss a single spec ..& she’s gentle and honest ..I have switch my entire family here for there teeth care ...

"I will go here forever! Everybody is nice and very helpful. I feel like I am a handful but they never complain. They are always willing to explain things even after my appointment and I'm at home and get confused about the doctor's explanation even though I've asked a thousand times. Dr.Rawcliffe is so funny and I always walk out laughing. My husband and I are grateful for them all

"Staff was very friendly. Put me at ease right away. Had 2 teeth extracted. Procedure was relatively painless. Doctor and assistants were very attentive and caring. And price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

"My experience at Prairie star dental was a very Pleasant. Debbie (the lady at the front desk) is a very sweet woman she truly makes you feel at home. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone the equipment is modern and the music that they play is some of my favorites… LOL

"I have been a patient o Dr. Rawcliff now for 18 months. He and his staff are outstanding! Tremendous bedside manners and they genuinely care about every patient. They have tremendous hours throughout the week. All that and TV's or music in every examination rooms.

"This was my first exam and cleaning at this office. The Hygienist was very thorough with my cleaning but gentle at the same time ..I never felt any pain, very friendly and professional she explained everything she was going to do Before she did the procedure so I knew what was going on.. My teeth have never felt so clean the Dentist went over all my teeth and explained what was needed and went over options with me....friendly and professional made me feel very comfortable.
