"Nothing against the dental office and staff, just a warning that they are very stringent with cancellation policy. I had to reschedule because my insurance had not taken effect yet. I gave the required 24-hour notice and was still charged an extra $45 fee. Even when I showed the email that confirmed more than 24 hour notice, they insisted on charging the fee regardless. "
