"I could not recommend Dr. Cha, PA Leah Witkin, and the rest of his surgical team enough. Dr. Cha went above and beyond to fight my insurance for over a week after they denied 1 of 2 major parts of my surgical plan at the last minute. He called me personally with each update during that fight. Of the three top docs I saw for opinions in Boston, I went with him because he took seriously the lesser likely of my concerns other doctors brushed off. His plan was the most unique and forward thinking by far. I’m 33 so sparing my neck mobility and reducing the frequency of future interventions is key. He took all that into account and did a fantastic job. I had a 2 level hybrid surgery in my cervical spine; one disc replaced with an artificial, the one below it fused. The incision is so minimal and healing great. He answered all my millions of questions during each appointment, even if I repeated them. Leah, his PA, is lovely and genuine. My surgical follow up has been nothing but timely from them. ...
