"I needed an implant of tooth #15 on my upper jaw. I contacted Crystal, the office manager, and she made an appointment for me promptly even during these COVID-19 times. She is very knowledgeable about insurance. After Dr. Thao Le looked at my tooth, she recommended a guided implant with sinus lift/bone graft to ensure there is enough bone for a successful implant. Dr. Le is very friendly and professional. She answered all my questions and put me at ease right away. I had the surgery done in September. Even though it it was an invasive surgery, she did it so deftly that I did not feel much pain and there was hardly any bleeding! Both the sinus lift and dental implant were done in one step. Dr. Le saw me as many times as was necessary/warranted for post-op evaluation to ensure that the recovery was progressing well, which it is. They have all the state-of-the-art equipment, including cone beam CT to help guide a successful surgery. I also had some concerns about doing the surgery during ...
COVID-19, but they follow all recommended safety guidelines/protocols and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE). I plan to see Dr. Le in early 2021 for the completion of my procedure. So far I am very happy with the progress. All office staff, including Crystal and Heather, are very patient and cordial. I highly recommend Dr. Le and this office for dental surgery. "
