"This review is not for Dr. Dressell, it’s for his hygienist Lana. I am still not over the fact that she went out of her way to add chart notes to make me look bad. Yes spinning a story to help her embellished chart notes was horrendous behavior, but then taking my face with both of her hands jerking me towards her as if I were a five year old child was the end. I’d never again subject myself to her cold and callous treatment, nor will I never know what her underlining motives were. All I know is I adored Dr. Dressell, but he didn’t stick up for me regarding his abusive hygienist. My only option was to leave, but perhaps that’s what he was hoping for too. I think the hygienist needs to seriously consider retirement, but then that wouldn’t help a cold heart. She’s very fortunate I didn’t file a complaint with her physical strike against me, and she never once indicated remorse. I’m glad I had the intelligence and self respect to leave this abusive dental practice, but I should have done ...
