"When discussing my right to refuse a medical exam, Dr. Terri Haberman, OD raised her voice, refused service, and asked that security be called, screaming “this is all over $25 dollars? Get out! GET OUT! She then asked her assistants to “get us out. I am done. I want them out”. We had our entire family there, including our children and cousin from out of town. When we tried to find out way out of the mall, we saw her laying on the sofa and cackling and talking about the incident with her assistants who were joining in. Her bias is loud and clear. Lesbian, people of color are not allowed to be treated at her store, they can only work for her it seems. Too bad, we were paying all cash for 5 pairs of glasses. Also, they have shit glasses anyway. Who doesn’t carry Ray-Ban?"
