OVERVIEW
Dr. Bell joined the Dental staff of HRHCare in January of 2006 and practices at our Poughkeepsie Partnership office. Dr. Bell received her undergraduate degree from Mt. St. Mary’s College, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. She received her Dental Degree from Meharry Medical College – School of Dentistry and earned a Navy Officer Health Professional Scholarship. She interned at the Joseph P. Addaboo Family Health Center in Far Rockaway, New York. Dr. Bell completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at Lutheran Medical Center.
