Overview

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I help people discover the underlying issues to their maladaptive behaviors. I have been in the helping professions for 20 years in different capacities, and I truly enjoy what I do. My approach to treatment is collaborative. I truly believe in making the treatment fit the client, and not the client fit the treatment. I use various treatment modalities from evidence based theoretical frameworks. I specialize in substance use disorders and dual diagnoses. I work well with issues of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, stress management, and feeling of hopelessness. I have been told by many of my clients that my non-judgmental attitude makes the therapeutic interaction painless. If you're ready to start the journey to revealing the issues that have been holding you back from living your best life, please contact me for your free consultation. I look forward to working with you.
