"I've been working with Dr. Groysman for a year. It has been difficult at times to get a response from her when calling the office. I understand she is busy, but the staff who answer the phone make the clients feel like a burden when we're in need and looking for guidance. This has been a big turnoff for me and unfortunate as the doctor is great. She does rush out of appointments quick, however, and follow up items are not always clear. That said, part of me wishes I read the fine-print of her reviews before going down a long road with her and her team over at the office. "
