"Dana, Rodell’s nurse of many years, walked out with good reason! Her current assistant Kim (pitiful) advised me I would have a Teledoc visit beginning at a certain time. While I expect to have a bit of a wait-time for in-person appointments, my Teledoc appointments have generally been on time. Rodell called me one hour late. When I inquired as to her tardiness, she abruptly said ‘how dare I ask such a thing?’ She proceeded to tell me to find a new doctor to which I say, gladly. She’s always behaved as a bit of a whack job, but age seems to be getting the best of her. Her behavior is abhorrent, her office is filthy, looks like a hoarder, and the dogs walk around freely including in areas where it should be completely sanitary! She should not be trusted with patient care; she needs to be evaluated by a medical ethics board."

"I absolutely do not recommend Dr.Susan Rodell to anyone. She has horrible bedside manners and really shows that she doesn’t care about her patients. She doesn’t want to answer questions that family members have and make you feel like your waisting her time. Never spoken to such a rude Dr. Honestly she has just passed a few tests 10,000 years ago. Maybe she needs to learn how to treat people nicely or go retire. "

"If you want a doctor who is extremely knowledgable, takes her time with you, sincerely cares about you and is warm and friendly you've come to the right place. Dana, her medical assistant is the best of the best and after being a patient in many many doctors offices this is by far the best I've ever been to. I highly recommend Dr. Rodell and promise you won't be disappointed."
