"Ms Susan Claydon was the NP for my sister at Atria in Grass Valley. My sister had dementia and severe osteoporosis. After many discussions asking Claydon to give her medication for her osteoporosis, Claydon denied based on the side effects and saying my sister would need to get the meds at a hospital as an infusion and so she refused. I explained that since I also am on the meds for osteoporosis, the medication is one injection every 6 months given by a nurse or doctor which she would be able to provide at my sister's place. I consistently asked again and again explaining that having my sister experience pain from a fracture would be worse that any of the side effects since her dementia would never be cured anyway. My worse nightmare happened as my sister broke her hip and entered a rehab horrible place. I asked Claydon again and again she refused after this to put her on meds. She again refused. The next year my sister broke her pelvis and again Claydon refused to give her the meds. ...
