"I have no issue with Dr. Purohit, but staff will not do a pre-authorization for testosterone prescription. This means my insurance WILL NOT reimburse me for cost. I was told by nurse they don't have the "manpower" to input pre-authorizations. Very disappointing, my insurance company said they never heard of anything like that before. First question I asked when making next appointment at another urology clinic, do they do pre-authorization for testosterone? "
