"Dr. Vo is extremely friendly, personable, educated, knowledgable, and he has great bedside manner. His team is very friendly as well. I had an overall great experience here. One thing worth mentioning is that it took a bit longer to get my test results back than I anticipated but this may have just been due to my insurance though. Just in case anyone out there is wondering what types of insurance, Dr. Vo takes, I have Santa Clara Family Health Plan (or Medi-Cal). That being said, I think you need a referral from your primary care doctor first, in order to see Dr. Vo, with this particular insurance. Another thing worth mentioning is that the building where Dr. Vo has an office in San Jose has two sides to it and so it can get a little confusing when parking and looking for Dr. Vo's office so it might be best to give yourself extra time the first time you travel there."
