"He was assigned to me as a provider with Done like another reviewer. First visit was fine, and quick responses to my messages. Then it was time for my next refill. Radio silence. Done was in it and got me assigned to someone located in OR immediately for the initial consult so we could limit more interruption. They said he kept doing this with patients. This guy is a joke. Avoid. Wildly unprofessional and leaves his patients stranded with few options. "

"The first consultation was great with my prescription being filled without issue. Once it came to refilling the prescription, it was light night and day. Steven Knott took over a week to refill my initial prescription, he eventually filled it, and provided phone numbers to call if he didn’t respond via message. I let that pass and hoped he would do better moving forward, but he failed again. He did not respond to multiple messages and phone calls to the numbers provided, so I cut my ties. I’m very disappointed in having waisted my time with this provider. Stay away, you will certainly regret it. "

"Steven Knott is a care provider on Done, an online medical service provider. After my initial visit with Mr. Knott I was happy with our interaction and the result of the appointment. It seemed like a convenient way to receive the care I needed. However, it was downhill from there. When trying to fill my prescription the pharmacy I had on file had no record of the prescription being called in. It took over 2 weeks to get Mr. Knott to finally address this and get the prescription information to the pharmacy. Some time later I attempted to begin the prescription refill process, with over 14 days left of medication to attempt to ensure my care would not be interrupted by delays in the process. For over a month and a half now Mr. Knott has not responded to a single message or request for support. The Done support team has assured me they would reach out to him and continues to tell me the same thing that he has been notified of my requests. I finally made an appointment and expressed my concern ...
to Done support that Mr. Knott would not show up. I waited 45 minutes for Mr. Knott to arrive to our scheduled appointment (via Zoom) and he never connected. I will update this review if I ever hear back from Mr. Knott. "
