"He prescribed PT for my knee to avoid surgery. It worked wonders and my knee is doing great without surgery. "
November 27, 2023
"My mother has been calling for two days after surgery. No one has called to see how she is doing. On call doctor has not returned her calls. She is experiencing numbness and pain and not one member of the staff has taken her concerns seriously. I have worked in healthcare and this is gross negligence. If you expect great aftercare, this is not the office you want to go to. Unacceptable. She is 72 years old and shouldn’t have to call two days in a row.
Update: Day 3 and still no call. Was told to take her to the emergency room as opposed to the doctor telling us if what she is experiencing is normal or urgent. Now I’m to take her already in pain to sit and wait in the emergency room. "
