"When I bought the property sharing a border with Stephen Papaleo a few years ago he accused me of trespassing on his property while I was on my side of my fence. He yelled “every one Hates you” at me and grabbed my arm when I was on the shared laneway and screamed: “You have no Rights.” I can’t imagine consulting him for any mental health counseling!"
