Dr. Stephen Lobaugh, OD

Dr. Stephen Lobaugh received his doctorate from the New England College of Optometry in 1997. Since then, he has committed his career to providing the highest quality of eye care to the citizens of this wonderful community. He initially started practicing optometry in the Washington D.C. area after he received his doctorate in 1997, and plans on being serving the community for another 20+ years! Dr. Lobaugh is an Affiliate Doctor with TLC for co-management of refractive surgeries: LASIK, PRK and the new KAMRA inlay procedure. The International Association of Board of Examiners certifies him in Optometry in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease.
