"It took TEN days to get an answer and phone call from the Dr. to read a simple x-ray. After telling me there was concern about matter I was told to get a CAT scan. I immediately made that appointment and left with CD's to mail to Dr. Bankston to review and that was FIVE days ago. To read a CT scan so I can get a fractured root canal removed and the "matter of concern" looked at and biopsied. I don't know what all the glowing reviews are referring to when this is my first experience with this office but I am looking to get my images back and go somewhere else. FIFTEEN days with pain and eating Ibruprofen 800 like candy. Unacceptable."
