"Dr. Rutledge is an excellent doctor is all regards."
May 9, 2022
"Unfortunately Dr. Stephanie Rutledge was the doctor on call when I had to go to the emergency room. She was extremely rude. The first time I called I explained to her my symptoms and she said that my doctor said that I should go to the ER if I experienced those symptoms so I corrected her and told her I wasn’t getting fever or chills. I was just extremely nauseous and in a lot of pain. And also that it was 4:30 am and I had a sleeping husband, infant & toddler that I would have had to wake up and brought in the car with me and drive over an hour to get to the hospital. However, Since that call I threw up twice and I called her back to let her know I was coming in to the ER if she could let them know to expect me and maybe skip the unnecessary testing for the 10th time. (It was my 4th time in the ER for this issue) She told me i should stop calling & that I was disturbing her sleep. Very rude and uncalled for. I thought this was a valid emergency... don’t sign up to be the doctor on call ...if you want to sleep. Not how you treat a patient, especially a patient who is going through a medical crisis! Horrible doctor and obviously no experience because she has no reviews anywhere. "Read more
