"My provider seems to really care... - My provider seems to really care while we are in yhe room and is willing to schedule the tests and referrals needed to try and get answers to my daughter's sickness. But after we leave she seems to forget about the follow up that needs to be done by her (especially if she can't get ahold of the specialist right away or they don't call her back, she will forget to follow up again.) Also, getting test results from the dr/ma doesn't happen often. I do see the results in my chart online, but I see some things that are out of the Normal range, but no call from the Dr to find out if it's something we need to follow up on."
