"Stay away from this Doctor and staff!!!. Very rude and unprofessional. My husband needed eye drops after his visit that required a prior authorization from our insurance. very simple task, however because they didn’t want to complete it. The Doctor decided it was a good idea to call my husband and drop him as a patient. As if there the only eye doctors in town. Furthermore, who would want to be serviced by a doctor who lacks compassion and professionalism anyways!! Do better this is 2022 you should know how to handle simple task like prior authorization forms. And if you don’t there are plenty of well qualify employees you can hire that can. Ridiculous. "
