"She is very careless, she doesn’t listen to her patients. She just love to talk and not listen. She is the worst doctor. "

"As an established patient, I messaged Dr. Ghorbani about some disturbingly high test results my primary doctor discovered during a routine visit. Under the primary’s advice and “referral to a specialist,” I contacted Dr. Ghorbani because I had previously seen her for a routine colonoscopy and therefore was an “established patient.” Per their front desk instructions, I messaged the doctor to ask for an earlier appointment than the first available consultation appt four months away. It didn’t seem like a good idea for me to wait that long since one of my liver tests came back 5 times higher than the upper limit. The bottom of the messages said to “wait up to 48 hours for a response.” I heard nothing for 8 days. Finally got a call back from the assistant on day 8 who said the doctor would like me to go in to see her PA. No response to my concerns, no advice, and no desire to see me as a patient. My response was, “No thanks. I found someone else already.” "

"We scheduled our appointments months ahead and both of our appointments got cancelled. Nurse said doctor has procedures to be done on those days. If the doctor has procedures that needs to be done on that day then why do we need to schedule an appointment? That only tells you that procedures makes way more money than appointments...but if you take so many procedures then how are you going to cake care of the patient that requires post-procedure care?"

"I found Dr. Ghorbani to be both friendly and professional. She set me at ease when my nerves were pretty jangled. She also was on time for my procedure which I really respect. "

"My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Ghorbani. Despite many tries, I was unable to get an appointment, and her "scheduler" did not return my calls. I wish it were possible to get an appointment."

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
