"I do not have a problem with Dr. Chow. But the lack of communication and difficulty in making an appointment/getting a test result is maddening. Every time that you call you are put into a cue Where are you have to select options on your keypad. But you never get to a human being. You always have to leave your number and they, supposedly will call you back. So far, I have called four times but have ..."
