"Very thorough and patient. "

"Dr. Farag called my father on Friday morning to tell him he has cancer. My father is 72 years old and was overwhelmed receiving this information by phone and could not absorb everything he was being told. I called the doctor the same morning to help my father better understand and was told the doctor would call me back. When I didn't hear back I called again a few hours later and was assured the doctor would call me back before 4:00. When I received no call by 4:00 I called back again, and a recorded message answered which said stay on the line to leave a message and I was placed on hold - I stayed on the line for 30 minutes and was kept "on hold" the entire time and was unable to ever leave a message. With no way to contact the doctor over the weekend, it is now 3 days later and I still have not heard back. I called the doctor again this morning and was again told they will give the doctor my message, but not until 3pm. This is extremely unprofessional. "
