"Dr Sullivan came across as a very concerned doctor. She lead me to believe she would be able to help and scheduled me for the testing to see if the surgery would work for me. She responded after to say hopefully we would hear back from my insurance in two weeks. A month later I reached out as she had not responded and she stayed she had not heard from my insurance. I called our insurance and they stated they’d had not heard from her office and would approve this today. She gave me the run around and now I have a letter stating the insurance has approved the stomach surgery and she STILL has not responded. It feels like insurance fraud. I can’t understand why I’m still waiting for this procedure to be done. I paid over 2000 out of pocket for what? If she was not going to follow through the the endoscopy was not needed. She’s a fraud. "
