"The office staff is terrible. Unresponsive, not qualified and incompetent. It took me 5 weeks to get a return phone call to set up my initial appointment. Then they lost the doctor’s orders to refer me to have a test done after messing up the original order. How is it possible to trust a doctor that tolerates such a staff?"

"The worst staff ever. I am established patient . I called to schedule appointment for follow up, because the treatment is not working. I left a message and No one response. They never answered their phone . I called many times . They did not respond . "

"The doctor's visit was great - everything else, falls short! No one live answers your phone calls, no follow up calls, no updates regarding your appointment visit - nothing! You have to all and leave a message. Fingers cross!"

"I tried several times to schedule an appointment after I was referred to him by my PCP. No one ever answered the phone. I left messages and never got a call back. Now I have to wait for my PCP to refer me to another neurologist. Don’t waste your time trying to get in to see him since his office does not seem to care about new patients. "
