"I had a total knee replacement with Dr. Child’s and I highly recommend him!! He’s professional but also listens to your concerns and will explain everything as long as it takes. He did a great job on my knee with less scarring. He is the best!!!"

"Dr. Childs did surgery on my ankle for an abscess that had come out of nowhere. It was right on the ankle bone and he was concerned the infection had gone down into the bone. Luckily it hadn't gone that far but had started up my leg a bit. He explained everything in such a kind and informative manner. I understood what needed to be done and he performed the surgery with no complications afterward. I was very comfortable with such a caring doctor, who took the time to check on me in the days to follow (I was in Clifton Springs Hospital for 6 nights). I would recommend Dr. Childs for any orthopedic problem. I was lucky to have him."

"I saw Dr. Childs in Aug 2021 for hip pain that had become quite debilitating. Dr. Childs performed a complicated hip replacement on me within 10 days of my first visit. He explained everything ahead of time and, with his expertise, surgery went very well. Recovery proceeded as expected and 3 months later I feel better than I have in years. Dr. Childs is knowledgeable, kind & compassionate and I highly recommend him. If I ever need to have another orthopedic surgery, Dr. Childs would be my first choice. "
