His staff is accommodating and makes you feel welcome. I’ve been going to de Avera a number of years now and I’ve always felt comfortable being there.

"I appreciate how proactive Dr. Avera is in making sure the employees and patients are as safe as possible during this COVID pandemic. Taking temperatures, gowns, masks, gloves, face shields, plexiglass barriers, HEPA filter units, even a recovery vacuum during a cleaning and more. I doubt there is another office that has invested so much money, energy and care in providing a safe environment. I really appreciated the regular emails Dr. Avera sent out sharing his knowledge and any updates on research. The first couple of months there was so much that wasn't understood but our doctor made it his aim to get and share the proper data. I feel very confident returning to the Auburn office and continuing with my treatment. Plus everyone there is so nice!!!!! That's a big plus.

"This dental office provides the highest level of care to me and to my husband,. And, it is the cleanest, safest place to be during this stressful time with the China virus! No one should be afraid to come to this office for dental hygiene or any other needed procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Avera and his staff of capable hygienists and office personnel.

"Dr. Avera and staff are always very professional and friendly on every visit always making sure i am comfortable. Dr.Avera always makes it a point to come over and say hello and to review what i was there for that day even if he is not the one handling whatever procedure i am in for. Always funny and quick to tell a joke to make me laugh he is definitely a kind and honest doctor and that is what i like about his practices. I would 100% recommend his offices in Grass Valley or Auburn if you wish to receive the best service and treatment around.
