Dr. Scott Sutton, DDS

Hi, I am Dr Scott Sutton. If you are reading this, you may be considering our office for your family’s dental care. You deserve the best from all your health care providers. I have spent most of my career perfecting my practice and dental techniques, offering the most comfortable dental experience for my patients. My practice is friendly and welcoming. I love dentistry because of my connection with my patients. I enjoy hearing about their amazing history and life adventures. I get to share their joys and hopefully comfort them when things are not going so well. I studied dentistry at The Ohio State University. I chose Ohio State for two reasons. First, it is one of the top dental schools in the country. Second, my father was a dentist and graduate of Ohio State, where he went on to teach endodontics. After graduating I became a Lieutenant in the United States Public Health Service, one of the seven uniformed services in the US. It was one of the best moves in my life. I was …assigned to the Indian Health Service; my post was the Hopi Reservation in northern Arizona. Dental specialists came to our Hopi clinic, providing valuable training I would not have received elsewhere. My Hopi and Navajo staff also shaped my path forward. They set you straight If you showed up with the expectation you deserved respect just because of a graduate degree. The Arizona Hopi Reservation is a small town of 10,000. Word gets around; you know you’re on the right path when people in a small town request your care. Since my time in the USPH I have continued my education to become the best possible dentist for my patients. I have additional training in full mouth dental rehabilitation, cosmetic dentistry, endodontic therapy (root canal), oral surgery, periodontal therapy (gum treatment), etc. My life outside of dentistry is filled with my family and friends.
