"Dr. Hirschi is a very good and caring physician. I would rate him at the highest rating possible. However, two medications were prescribed: Augmentin and prednisone. When I checked out, I was told that the prescriptions probably wouldn’t be ready that day. I replied that that was okay I would pick them up the next day. When I tried to pick the prescriptions up the next evening the were not at the pharmacy. I had to call Topeka ENT to remind them of the prescriptions. When I tried to pick them up again, only the Agmentin was at the pharmacy. Since it was now a Friday evening, and Topeka ENT was closed, I had to wait until Monday morning to call Topeka ENT so they could follow through on the Prednisone prescription. So, I had to make three trips to the Pharmacy that should have taken only one trip. And I started the Prednisone 5 days after it was prescribed."

"Dr. Hirschi is a wonderful physician who is caring and has excellent bedside manner. He did my son's PE Tubes, adenoids and tonsillectomy when he was about 2 1/2 and then he fixed his deviated septum when he was 13. He did an amazing job with my son and he explained everything to him and myself each time he was going to perform a surgery. He is also very personable and genuinely interested in his patients lives."
