"She only cares about herself"

"Dr Land refused to refill my Cymbalta prescription because I had not seen her recently. Instead of returning my calls or responding to my pharmacy, she chose to not respond to me and denied my refill. No one from her office had the decency to return my calls so I went to her office where she told me to my face that she wouldn’t authorize it. I was completely out of my medication and she still refused. I’ve contacted 3 other hospitals and providers but cannot be seen right away and as of today I am still without my antidepressant. I am diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder and to just say to a patient that they won’t help you is unforgivable. She as well as her staff are unprofessional, incompetent, and unethical. Do not go to Dr Land, especially if your life depends on it because she doesn’t give a damn about you."

"My wife and I relocated to Tulsa from California and needed to establish a doctor/patient relationship with a doctor in order to get our medication refilled. My wife saw Dr. Cores, an associate at Dr. Land’s practice. Her appointment took less than 5 minutes. Then, I saw LaMaria. My wife and I spent over an hour answering her questions and giving her a thorough history of my medical history. At the end of my appointment with her, she explained that she isn’t a medical doctor and is unable to prescribe controlled substances. I spent $250 for this appointment and walked away without a prescription for a medication I’ve been on for 10 years. LaMaria does not have a good bedside manner. Her comments at the end of my appointment made me feel like she thought I was a drug addict especially when compared with my wife’s experience with Dr. Cores.
