Dr. Sarah Iannucci is a graduate of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine General Adult Psychiatry Residency Training Program. She subsequently completed a year-long Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship with the University of Miami. During her training she spent two years in the Psychodynamic Psychotherapy training program with the Florida Psychoanalytic Society. Dr. Iannucci received her degree in Medicine from Nova Southeastern University, and her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She is Board Eligible in both General Adult and Forensic Psychiatry. She holds active unrestricted medical licenses in both the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of Florida. In 2007 Dr. Iannucci was awarded the annual Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Award by the Florida Psychoanalytic Society in Conjunction with the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She Has also received recognition for her work with inpatient …and outpatient Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder patients at the Miami Veteran%u2019s Association Medical Center and for her volunteer work with DOCARE International. Dr. Iannucci has had ample experience working across the spectrum of psychiatric populations and treatment environments. She has been on staff at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Health System, the Watershed Addictions Treatment Programs, the Miami-Dade County Department of Corrections, and the Miami Special Processing Center for the Department of Homeland Security Immigration Health Service. She has also given lectures at the University of Miami School of Law and for the Department of Miami Judicial System.
