"I have been a long time patient of Dr. Ahmad’s and never thought I would write a bad review on his practice but here it is. This place has become a circus! There are all new technicians who are unprofessional, unkept, who walk around looking confused most of the time and do not know the meaning of HIPPA or OSHA. The one tech is extremely rude and they all look miserable and can’t even say hello to you. There is no communication with the staff and patients letting us know he is running behind or offer us a bottle of water like the old staff and manager. The manager was always interacting with the patients. During my last appointment which took 3 hours for a simple 15 minute appointment, I sat an observed and was very disappointed to see how this practice has gone downhill. None of the original techs are working there and the manager who has been with the practice for quite some time is no longer working onsite. There is a person onsite who calls herself the “Director.” My appointment ...
was rescheduled twice and then when I came for my appointment I wasn’t on their schedule. Testing is being done in the waiting room while patients can here the conversation and this is a HIPPA violation. The few times I was in the office, the patients in the waiting room were all complaining of the same problems they have now with the practice. They can’t get an appointment, prescriptions are not being called in for at least 1 week, appointment mistakes, unprofessionalism of the staff. I had a conversation with the new Director who lied to me to my face about my appointment. I had my voice message with her name on the call. Does he want a liar directing his practice? She left a detailed message which is another HIPPA violation. I am giving him 1 more chance and if things don’t change I will be moving on to another practice. "
