"Treated me for osteoporosis. Could not give alternative medicines, couldn't work with my insurance, staff did not know how to prepare prior authorization for insurance, forgot to attach medical records demonstrating I needed the treatment requested. Was denied and had to go get another doctor that knew about my condition and knew how to treat. Office does not answer phone calls and has a website for you to communicate with doctor but he does not reply. In the end the doctor said he did not have staff to prepare prior authorizations. Doctor should have said "I cannot treat you because I do not understand osteoporosis""
