"Hope you never need to call the office because they do not answer the phone EVER!!! Dr. Attoussi is a very nice man and provides good care but the follow up and communication is non existent."

"Very concerning did not and could not listen to issues presented with . Simple tasks were told would occur and unable to make referrals each time disappointed with follow through. Almost uncompassionate stance towards health conditions, restrictive on any forward movement.. "

"Wasn’t feeling well went in to get tested for COVID-19 as well as other symptoms I had. Waited for an hour in half to be seen. Finally got seen. Dr said it looks like a sinus infection.I requested to be tested. Once I got tested I was told to download an app and I would have my results by Friday. By Monday still no results I called several times no answer. Then I went back up there to get my results. The first nurse didn’t know how to read my results and indicated I was negative to only find out later I tested positive for COVID-19. They didn’t have a plan of action to tell me I had to call my primary care for advice. Later I was called and told I would have a televisit with the Dr that following Monday. The Dr never called or reported to the visit in regards to questions I had for COVID-19 and my symptoms. I called no answer and I also sent two emails and got no response. By far the worst service and follow up care. I have reported this company."
