"I love that my hygienist Luis does not hurt me....he does a wonderful Job!! Very pleased...the male xray tech (tony) so horrible with names....is wonderful!! I get greeting hug which helps with the nerves of being at DENTIST...lol TO manager: we observe what is going on around us while we wait....the girls bicker like kids and very unprofessional...the faces they make behind the patients back is horrible...they are disrespectful speaking ENGLISH when they know patients are ONLY Spanish speaking...bad mouthing them....WOW. We are sitting right there hearing all this....THEY need to conduct themselves more professionally and stop showing ALL their frustrations.. for all to SEE. hope this helps...MORALE is very low among your staff....no one HELPS the other....sad.

"Was looking for a new dentist and wouldn't you know it, I broke a molar.... Contacted Keep Smiling Dental as they were on the approved list on my dental plan and they were able to fit me into a slot the next morning. The Dental Tech / Assistant was extremely helpful and pleasant and my new Dentist was one of the best I've ever had. Both the Assistant and Dentist explained what they discovered with the tooth and the procedure that would be taken to temporarily fix / cap the tooth until the actual cap arrives for the final fit / fix. I have found our new family Dentist office and highly recommend Keep Smiling Dental as a new Dental service or if you are just looking to make a switch from your current Dentist, you will not be disappointed.
