"I didn't see the same dentist, who was good, detailed and thorough when she just started working in the current dental office. It was my scheduled appointment on 8/12/2020. The hygienist left me waiting for her for about 25 minutes after the prophylaxis cleaning. Finally she walked in and took her 10 minutes face to face encounter without even taking a peek at my teeth. Then she sent me home. The front desk lady responded to my concern by saying "10 minutes is good enough since she has two emergency walk-in patients. You are lucky having 10 minutes with her. I am pretty sure that other dentists will send you home right away and come back next time". "Dr. Li is the best I have ever known". Her response at the outset triggers the exchange of ongoing dialogues.
