"Professional and caring. I immediately knew he was the right doctor for me. He did a thorough initial review, discussed my health, and made excellent recommendations for my care plan after reviewing my history. I want to thank Dr. Barco and his staff for accepting me as a patient. "

"This doctor saw my wife while she was in rehab for a back injury. He prescribed three medications for her when she was discharged. We got two filled, but the third needed prior authorization from my insurance. He and his office staff refused to help with the PA even though he prescribed the medicine. Instead, she was referred back to her primary doctor, who of course could not or would not help with the PA since he didn't write the prescription. After trying several times to get Dr. Barco's office to help, we still have no PA. I called my Insurance and they sent a request to this doctor and only needed a response for the medicine to be approved. As of now, there is still no prior authorization for the medicine and she will have to see her primary doctor next week, during which time she will be without the medicine that he obviously felt she needed, but refused to help her receive.
