"My experience with Dr. Portnoff was by far the worst experience I've had with a doctor. I saw him for a workers comp claim and I could tell he wrote me off from the beginning. We had a little conversation and he said to me "at least you speak English". Then he proceeded to do the so called examination and asked me to take my shirt off. I sat down on the table and he said "you're a hairy guy" then a little while later he said "you probably don't need a blanket at night because you are so hairy". To remark on somebodies appearance like this is totally uncalled for and unwelcomed. He is a complete jerk and doesn't belong in the medical field. "
