"My son was told last week at his appointment to come back this week for further procedures to clear up his skin issues. He was excited but worried for days. Today, in their hurry to close the office to celebrate the holiday they only did half of what they promised and said they wouldn’t be able to do more, them promptly closed at 3 pm. Dec 31. The staff apparently does not communicate with each other and makes promises and commitments they cannot keep"
