"I went to Dr Cottrell around 2014 from a accident. I kept telling her I was still having pain in my neck and back. I guess she thought I was lying and refused to take me out of work. I couldn't put a cart at the store, I couldn't vacuum my house I couldn't walk on the concert at work. I had to fight for an M.R.I only to find out that I had around 7 disc messed up in my back from the top to the bottom ??. It's 2024 and I'm still seeing a back spine doctor. I'm reading my paperwork from Dr Cottrell and I'm upset that you thought I was lying. Please trust when people say they are hurting maybe if you would have listen to me earlier I wouldn't have damaged my back more. Everyone is not a liar. If I could give you no stars I would. I beg you to take me off work only for me to get there and I was in so much pain I was in the bathroom crying. They had to send me home. "
