"After sitting there for 45 minutes and the young man trying to rectify there mistake. He was really trying. After 15 more minutes in the chair neither Rocky Lamar Salinas or the young man came back! Instead they sent a very rude girl, that said in a loud voice from the hallway: we are done. I didn't turn to look because I was expecting someone to be talking to me without addressing me by name or in a more professional manner, like walking into the room and letting me know. So once again I hear this again: we're done... so I turn and said we are done? She replied: yes your done. It tells you a lot about a person when they send a woman to throw you out!!! I'm very disappointed with Rocky Lamar Salinas. I had both my boys get braces there, against recommendations not to go. Well lesson learned and the rest of my family or relatives will not go see him either. He was very unprofessional and apparently not wearing the pants in his office. Or should I say grow a backbone. Man up and say what's ...

"Very unprofessional and surely doesn’t have a backbone. Rocky Lamar Salinas sends an unrefined girl to tell you what he couldn’t tell you. She was rude and reminded me of brown sugar: unrefined… spent a lot of money on both my boys braces. But that will never happen again. Neither my family, friends or relatives will go see this uncouth, unrefined dentist. That fake smile isn’t going to fool anyone anymore, I hope. "
