"While Dr. Robyn is knowledgeable, she is careless and inconsiderate. She seems to only worry about getting as many appts booked as possible to get paid causing her to rush through appts. Also, she has several affiliate websites that she gets kickbacks from so the supplements she places her patients on are not necessarily the most affordable for the patient, but are the products she gets commission on. Not only that, she delayed a blood test that she recommended by not processing the order correctly, pushing the results back by about 9 days which delayed me getting to move on to the next phase of my program. When the issue is the gut and diet is extremely important to the healing process, time is important. She also did not even bother to save me in her phone knowing that her cell is her business line for communication with patients and she was to be working with me for 6 months. The worst part is, because of that lack of care, she ended up telling me to order a couple of supplements that ...
I was not even suppose to take because she thought I was another patient. First, if you are to work with a patient over time, why would you not keep their contact information? Second, If the conversation you're having seems odd, why would you not verify who you're talking to? I'm just glad it was not life or death medicine that was mistakenly prescribed. That mistake exhibited extreme incompetence on her part. Additionally, each time she met with me, she seemed to have a preconceived agenda she seemed she had to get through almost to justify why the appt was taking place. At one point she expected me to see her even though the blood test needed was delayed and was not available to review. I told her I couldn't imagine why we needed to meet if all I needed to do is report my weight and my diet to her which I could do through text. She then had the nerve to tell me that she could see that finances must be an issue for me and that we could postpone the appt until after the test results were back. Why bring up finances when I did not mention that! Finances had nothing to do with it. It was the fact I did not see value in what I would be getting for the money I was paying-that's completely different. It was an insult to say the least. I do not recommend Dr. Robyn. "
