OVERVIEW

Dr. Wysocki's practice focuses on the treatment of conditions of the hand, wrist and elbow, as well as microsurgical reconstruction of the upper and lower limb. A graduate of The College of William and Mary, Dr. Wysocki earned his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, during which he received the Surgical Intern of the Year Award and was twice the winner of the Jorge O. Galante, M.D., D.Med.Sci. Resident Research Award. He completed a hand, upper extremity, and microvascular surgery fellowship at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Wysocki is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and is board eligible in Hand Surgery.

"I had a torn bicep and Dr. Wysocki did an outstanding job repairing it. He explained everything clearly and the surgery and recovery turned out great, with a minor scar and regaining 100% strength. And he has a terrific staff."

"Dr. Wysocki performed a trapeziectomy on my left hand/thumb. My recovery went really well and the pre-surgical pain in my thumb was gone. I've also regained strength in my left hand after some occupational therapy. If I need hand surgery again in the future I will definitely go back and see Dr. Wysocki and I highly recommend him to anyone else with similar issues."

"Dr. Wysocki along with entire his staff (nurses, front desk, schedulers, billing, NP’s and OT’s) were all nothing short of amazing during my surgery/rehabilitation. I broke my right index finger in my dominant hand which required a hemi-hamate arthroplasty & a few months of rehab. My expectations were exceeded in all aspects of this surgery/rehab. Dr. Wysocki & his team took the time to explain/educate me every step along the way. Their professionalism kept me comfortable and confident both pre & post-op. If you require this type of surgery I highly suggest you consider Dr. Wysocki. I would also STRONGLY recommend utilizing the Rush Occupational Therapy team following the surgery. I cannot thank this team enough!!"
