"Dr. Starr was a great help to me. They were able to fit me into their schedule the day I called with I thought was a serious eye problem, and diagnosed that it was only a minor irritation that I could solve with some drops. He is the real deal; M.D. & Ph.D. - Dr. Star has trained with some excellent doctors and can transfer his knowledge on many topics to you."

"Dr. Starr is a great man. I have not personally met him but he was so kind in calling me back and giving me the greatest advice as what to do with my horrible eye situation. I live in Ohio and he gave me the encouragement and confidence to believe in the surgeons and opthalmologists that I'm dealing with currently for the bad eye situation I'm am going through right now. I have nothing but the upmost respect for this doctor. He's such a great and good hearted man. Thank you Dr. Starr. I am so grateful that you took time to consult with me and give me encouragement to move forward in a positive manner. In a matter of time, I would love to fly to California to personally thank you. "Dr. Starr did my LASIK surgery over 15 yrs ago and I continue to have 20/15. My family and I have been going to him since then. He's very respectful, listens to your issues, and takes his time with you. He's very thorough with his exam and always treats you like VIP. When my son was in the police academy and scratched his cornea and had pepper sprayed in his eyes, Dr. Starr treated him everyday (even on the weekend) and saved his vision! As a nurse, I feel safe knowing my eyes and my families eyes are in great hands with Dr.Starr."

"Because of the symptoms I described over the phone, Dr. Starr saw me immediately and performed some advanced tests including using ultrasound to inspect my retinas. As a result, my concerns were alleviated, and I understand more about the aging process and its effects on the eyes as well as learning about how good nutrition and consistent exercise can have a positive effect. "
