"Very knowledgeable doctor, but the doctor-patient connection that I seek with any provider was just not there. Although he explained everything well, he was not friendly or warm in his manner, and therefore did not instill the confidence/comfort I needed to make an important decision. He had no smile or handshake for me. Perhaps he was having a bad day, or is no longer inspired by his work (?). Regardless of the issue, a doctor should never allow anything to affect their interaction with patients. I also felt that 30 minutes was excessively long to wait to speak with him personally (once all the prep work was done). Total visit time was over 2 hours."
