"I have been trying for 3 weeks to get my mom a appointment with Robinson.I have called spoke to office staff throughout the 3 weeks and counting. My mom is in need neurosurgeon and this office staff can care less. My mom had chose Robinson due to previous surgery he done on her. Imagine the heart break when I had tell her I cant even get the office staff to acknowledge her to give her a appointment or return calls. They untruthful about receiving referrals in which they received. You have staff telling you all kinds of stuff just not to give appointment. I hope this message is received by the doctor. The way the staff handling your calls and your office is negligent and wrong."
