"My wife has been sick all weekend and the only thing that seemed to help is some cough medicine prescribed by her Dr. at Virtua Family Physicians. Her regular Dr. is off and Dr. Robert Mills is covering. We started out by calling them at 10:30 a.m. All we needed was for this guy to push a button and refill a script takes less than 2 minutes. We made total of FOUR calls - nothing. I went out to Costco and asked the pharmacist to call. I was called over to the window. He told me that Dr. Mills is seeing patients???? Well, Dr. MIlls my wife is also a patient and has been long before you became a very unwelcome part of Virtual (in our humble opinion) and would call this in when he "has time". He now seems to have a problem with our persistence and has NOT called in a refill - stay AWAY if you have a choice."
