"Very disappointing. No bedside manner. Had hand surgery, never advised my family how things went. I had to call the office to find out. My hand hurts worse than before the surgery. He said I was only the 2nd patient that he needed to do a second surgery on. My thumb is disformed and painful. I would not recommend Dr. Coates."
