"Dr Church did not take the time to evaluate my issue thoroughly. After 3 visits of diagnosing and treating me for peroneal tendinitis, I went to get a second opinion and found out I have an avulsion fracture on my fifth metatarsal. I wish Dr. Church would have taken more than just 5 minutes to evaluate me so that I could have received better care, earlier on. I am disappointed with all these interactions. "
